Camping

I took the two older boys camping with our friend Leta and her three kids Monday and Tuesday night. Liam was staying with Marm and Pop and Steve stayed home with the dog to work. We went to the Double R Ranch over in Smyrna. It was really quiet and we didn't have anyone for a couple of sites on either side of us. Our site was the best--right on the Flat River. The kids caught crayfish, minnows, and tadpoles for hours each day and lightning bugs at night. We went to the pool at least a couple of times each day. It wasn't even too hard to set up the tent. Matthew shared my air mattress and Owen wanted to sleep on the ground. I'm a little tired of hot dogs though, since we ate them for 2 dinners and a lunch. Matthew and Faith are in the back row.
