Steve flattened out the yard with the roller on Saturday and after he finished he saw those darn mole tunnels pop back up, in front of his very eyes. So he grabbed a shovel and dug up the culprit...FOUR TIMES within an hour!!! Then later he captured a fifth, but that was after we sent the first four to a watery grave. It turns out that moles are semi-aquatic though so they may have made it to the shore of the pond down the road. I feel less bad about giving them the ax if they had a fighting chance. We still have more because there are more tunnels popping back up. The store was out of poison worms so we'll have to see how well the poison pellets do.
